Are we religious or spiritual?
1. Religion is the first step towards reaching God. Which religion helps us to reach God?
The religion should exhibit the attributes of true God. Do they?
Most of us are at this first stage. Because of our birth, region where we live, or the community we belong, because of our parents or school, we are attached to one religion without
knowing it much.
. What is the hidden agenda of our religion which we belongs to?
- What about polygamy?
- What about killing others?
- What about loving others?
- What about worshipping the creations/nature?
What is our answer to these question? And what does God really want us to do?
Crossing this stage may be difficult.
You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.
2. The next level is reaching wisdom, one level above religion /or being religious.
You will not see rituals, statues, good day/bad day, constructed buildings as a place of worship. We may be a Christian (Christian church 1, church 2, ....... endless number of churches) or any other religion of this world. Are we above this worldly system?
Ref. John 1;48 : Nathanael was praying/talking to God, under fig tree, not in a synagogue.
